Following Jeff Hardy's first WWE Title win tonight at Armageddon, Matt Hardy came out to ring side after the show went off the air to celebrate with his brother. Triple H finally made his way to his feet, proceeded to shake Jeff's hand, and then exited.

Batista was reportedly upset backstage following his match with Randy Orton as he felt the bout never really took off quite like the two of them had hoped.

The arena in Buffalo tonight was a legit sellout with few empty seats to be found.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the JBL/Shawn Michaels storyline was inspired by "The Wrestler," where the angle will see HBK playing a role similar to Mickey Rourke's character where he is an aging star who is having retirement and financial issues.

Although no injuries have been confirmed by WWE at this time, it appears as if both Rey Mysterio and CM Punk were injured the hard way during their #1 contenders match tonight at Armageddon. Punk was bleeding from the upper part of his nose following the bout, and Mysterio could potentially have a broken nose as he was bleeding profusely as a result of Punk's GTS finisher.

Ainda bem que não fui o único a achar isso. Mas na verdade, o Batista e o Orton nem têm grande química no ringue, apesar do passado em comum, pelo que não me surpreendi muito com a pouca qualidade do combate do Armageddon.

Eles nunca tiveram, e quase de certeza nunca terão. Toda a gente sabe que só duas pessoas conseguiram tirar do Batista bons combates: Triple H e Undertaker!
