Triple H + Jeff Hardy + Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero: Triple H started to make his way to the ring but he was attacked from behind by Jeff Hardy. Vickie Guerrero came down and ordered Chavo Guerrero to break up the fight. In the middle of the chaos, Vickie was knocked over on her ass and Chavo laughed at her. Some referees and Dean Malenko separated HHH and Hardy and Vickie screamed some crap at them.

O Smackdown abriu a 100 à hora, mas tudo acabou por ser pouco importante, já que, como vimos no resto do episódio, o segmento não levou a nada. Nem a queda de Vickie nem o riso de Chavo tiveram quaisquer consequências.

SINGLES MATCH
R-Truth defeated Montel Vontavious Porter: R-Truth rapped his way to the ring through the crowd holding his “Best Musical Performance” Slammy Award. After the match, MVP whined about his recent losing streak.

A WWE está a fazer um bom trabalho a destruir o MVP! Até eu acredito que o consigo derrotar neste momento. Quanto a R-Truth, eu pelo menos já estou bem farto daquela entrada parva. Prefiro ouvir a Jillian cantar todas as semanas no RAW!

IN THE RING
Montel Vontavious Porter + Mr. Kennedy (on stage): MVP said this was supposed to be the happiest time of the year. MVP said he still has his pride and still has more money than the fans. Mr. Kennedy interrupted the rant and MVP’s microphone went dead. Mr. Kennedy caught his special mic from above and said he wished there was something he could do to help MVP. Mr. Kennedy plugged his straight-to-DVD “Behind Enemy Lines: Columbia” movie.

VIGNETTE: British wrestler Hade Vansen will soon debut on SmackDown! with a gimmick that is a complete rip off of Christopher Daniels.

Até posso admitir que realmente parece cópia de Christopher Daniels (ou até de Matt Hardy versão culto), mas mantenho a confiança em Hade Vansen. Pelo que sei dele, é um lutador rápido. Para além disso, é amigo do Burchill e da Katie Lea, pelo que não pode ser má pessoa!

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Brian Kendrick & The Bella Twins + Carlito & Primo Colon + Ezekiel Jackson: Brian Kendrick approached and started hitting on the Bella Twins and they were disgusted. The Colon brothers came to the Bella’s rescue and Primo said “if you’re feeling froggy, jump!” Kendrick backed off until Ezekiel Jackson showed up and The Kendrick was suddenly brave again!

O Kendrick anda a parecer tão gay ultimamente! Quem viu este segmento saberá certamente do que estou a falar. E o pior é que mesmo assim não deixa de ter piada!

Hurricane Helms defeated WWE United States champion Shelton Benjamin: After the match, Tazz interviewed Hurricane Helms in the ring. The Hurricane said he felt it was about time for a new United States champion - I’m just sayin’!

Helms parece em forma, mas não sei se a WWE lhe dará já o título dos EUA, tão pouco tempo após o seu retorno aos ringues.

IN THE RING (THE CUTTING EDGE)
Edge + Matt Hardy + Vladimir Kozlov: Edge said there was a lot of heat between he and Jeff Hardy. Edge claimed that Triple H attacked Jeff on the morning of Survivor Series. Edge said despite the facts, everyone is pointing their finger at him! Matt Hardy came out and said it was Edge who took out Jeff before Survivor Series. Edge said all he did was step up to the plate and help his wife, Vickie Guerrero, even though he wasn’t 100%. Matt said he knows more than anyone that Edge is the scummiest person on the planet (that is true). Edge told Matt to look at the big picture, and suggested Randy Orton was the one who took out Jeff Hardy. Maybe the Miz and John Morrison, better yet, what about the Undertaker, or the man who had the most to lose, Triple H? Matt said all the facts point to Edge, and said he came out to get the truth. Edge said the truth was the only reason Matt is getting involved in his brothers business is because nobody cares about Matt. Edge said Matt was the ECW champion, but if he was attacked before Survivor Series nobody would care. Edge said people actually care about Jeff Hardy. Matt punched Edge down to the match, but Vladimir Kozlov snuck in from behind. Matt turned his attention to Kozlov, so that Edge knocked Matt down from behind! Kozlov then assaulted Matt Hardy and put him down with a Choke-slam!

Bom segmento e concordo 100% com o Edge no que diz respeito ao ataque a Jeff no dia do Survivor Series. Aliás, digo mais: cheira-me a Heel Turn do Triple H, possivelmente com consequências no cartaz do Wrestlemania!

RAW HIGHLIGHTS: The Great Khali winning the Slammy for “DAMN! Moment of the Year”


HANDICAP MATCH
The Great Khali w/Ranjin Singh defeated Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins: It’s hard to believe Hawkins & Ryder are former WWE Tag Team champions. They have been reduced to insignificant jobbers in a very short period of time. The Great Khali finished off his opponents with a Punjabi Plunge. Thankfully we didn’t get a Khali Kiss-cam tonight.

Eve Torres (sexy) & Triple H: Triple H said that Edge isn’t the only one who believes he (HHH) attacked Jeff Hardy before Survivor Series, because Jeff himself believes that he (HHH) attacked him.


DIVAS TAG TEAM MATCH
The Bella Twins (Brie & Nicole) defeated Natalya Neidhart & Maryse Ouellet: Whoever found the Bella Twins and signed them to the WWE should get a raise.

Estou cada vez a gostar mais da divisão feminina do Smackdown. As Bella Twins estão cada vez melhores, a Maryse é absolutamente excelente (quem diria?) e a Natalya vai passar ao lado de uma grande carreira por não ser tão magra como a maior parte das Divas e por ser treinadora nos bastidores (tal como a Victoria).

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Eve Torres (sexy) & Vladimir Kozlov: Vladimir Kozlov said Matt Hardy is not competition and he will destroy him at Armageddon. Kozlov said he will go after the WWE championship from Edge, Jeff Hardy, or Triple H - it doesn’t matter. Kozlov said he lost his tolorance and everyone must fall.


STREET FIGHT
Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy ended in a No Contest: The match was turning out to be a classic until WWE champion Edge hit the ring and attacked both men!
